Serviced Accommodation Training Course

Serviced Short Stays are holding a 1 day Serviced Accommodation (SA) course in St Albans on Friday 22nd November.

This all-day event will be of interest to those with a BTL portfolio looking to increase revenue and/or diversify into short term letting, this includes people wishing to rent a spare room in their property as this is very tax-efficient too. Attendees will leave being able to set up and operate an efficient SA business as we share all our systems and knowledge built over the last 5 years.
